Osteoarthrosis: theory and practice of conservative treatment

The paper presents a characterization of the mechanisms of osteoarthrosis development, its classification, diagnostics criteria, new directions in therapy, including modern agents of the chondroprotector group – Alflutop, non-steroidal antiphlogistics – Movalis, corticosteroids – Diprospan, Depo-medrol, systemic enzyme therapy preparations – Wobenzym, Phlogenzym, vitamins and minerals – A-E-Mulsin, Tri-V Plus. For external application, ointments containing non-steroidal antiphlogistics – Dolgit cream, Fastum gel, and Feldene, were used.
